6th Annual Integrity Conference

THEME

The extent of morality reaches far beyond what the law prescribes. There is no doubt that bribing, fraud, and corruption are serious breaches of integrity. But what about other breaches of integrity that are not dealt with in the law?

Emotional instability in leadership can be expressed in many ways, leaving lasting emotional wounds to those who become the victim of it. Although this behavior is not addressed in the law or a corporate Human Resources handbook, it can still have a devastating impact on a person, an organization, and a nation's progress.

During the conference 10 specific signs of emotional instability in leadership were addressed and later discussed more in depth in 3 discussion groups consisting of the conference attendees while led by a discussion leader.

SPEAKERS

The opening speech was given by the Deputy Chief Prosecutor Mr. Guillano Schoop, followed by Mr. Nelson Foendoe, president of LWI. Hereafter Dr. Paul Copan from the U.S.A. presented the keynote speech.
